Course Enrollment for Current Students

Enrollment Process

  1. Core Class Selection:
    1. Locate the multi-part Enrollment Form that is in your packet. The top page will be returned to your Tutorial teacher and the back page is for your records.
    2. Review your graduation requirements and identify which classes you MUST take and successfully pass (a grade of D- to A) in order to graduate.
    3. Refer to the Course Offerings page for the Course Name and Number along with a listing of prerequisites and associated fees. (Requesting a course is your agreement to pay the associated fee.)
    4. If you have already taken the required course listed on the Enrollment Form, cross it out and print the course name and number in the space provided.
    5. If a course is not already listed on the Enrollment Form, print the course name and number in the space provided.
  2. Elective Class Selection:
    1. Review the Course Catalog for detailed course descriptions. (Pay particular attention to prerequisite requirements and additional fees associated with each class. Requesting a course is your agreement to pay the associated fee.)
    2. Print the course name and number on the Enrollment Form.
  3. Review Your Enrollment Form for Completeness:
    1. You have selected eight classes for both semesters, i.e. LA-III, 1st Semester and LA-III, 2nd Semester, or Street Law, 1st Semester and Painting, 2nd Semester. Failure to fill this section out completely will result in the school assigning you eight classes.
    2. You have selected six alternate electives that you would take if your first choices are not available. Failure to fill this section out completely will result in the school assigning you six classes
    3. You have signed and dated the form.
    4. Your parent/guardian has signed and dated the form.
    5. Separate the multi-part Enrollment Form and keep page 2 for your records.
  4. Enrollment conferences will be held in February (see news bulletin on home page for specific day and time). These are mandatory 15 minute conferences for all freshman, sophomores, and juniors in order for them to sign up for classes next year. Parents, students, and Eagle Time advisors will work together to put in the students’ course requests for next year. Please call our building secretary, Pam Perry at 229-4663 to set up an appointment.
